Google’s voice to the people Matt Cutts, has been putting his mug in front of a camera to answer some SEO questions and posting on Google Video (naturally). While we may be curious to ask why he’s video taping all this, it reflects the popularity that video on the web now has. I have taken to getting a great deal of information through video and audio on my computer.

While it’s still in its infancy, it has become more apparent that this is another online marketing opportunity that should be used to compliment other online and offline campaigns. There’s such a great viral opportunity with video, it just means tapping into the appropriate sources. Rick Simmons over at Dinkum Interactive’s blog offers up an example with a couple of suggestions. Best Damn Productions is proving it through Best Damn Tech Show, Period, It’s a Wonderful Web and now Scriggity.
